“Cook up a storm”. Our 2 large BBQs and outside eating area with large tables and chairs are set in tropical gardens overlooking the swimming pool, making this the perfect place to dine alfresco.

Guest Laundry

To provide a much needed service to our travellers, a guest laundry (free) is provided free of charge for your convenience.

Breakfast Service

Enjoy a great breakfast delivered to you door each morning. Chose from a continental style with pastries or our lovely cooked meals featuring the legendry “Big Breakfast”.

Conference Room

Perfect for small conferences or meetings on beautiful Phillip Island, training groups or social groups,. Our conference room is available for a modest charge.

Tropicana Bistro

Our fully licenced Bistro is now open offering fresh delicious meals open Thur - Sat.  Available for group bookings.  Seating approx 60-100 guests, it  provides an excellent dining option for groups. Private functions can also be catered for on request.

Disabled Access

All our guest rooms are ground floor with ramp access if required. Selected rooms have flat bed showers complete with handrails in the shower and toilet areas.
